New Clients
Once an appointment is made an intake form will be sent to your email shortly for you to fill out before your appointment.
If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian and they must come with you to meet the therapist for your first session.
On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10-15 minutes before so we can review your paperwork and anything new that may have popped up.
Please note that your appointment starts at the time you scheduled, the therapist may have another client right after yours and may have to cut your session short if you are late.
Additional Information
You are encouraged to communicate with your therapist at anytime so they can give you the best session possible.
During your massage, feel free to talk, sleep, or silently enjoy the experience.
The massage oil used is a Nut Free Lite Massage Oil made by Soothing Touch
Upon Payment, we accept the following: Credit Card via Square, Venmo, PayPal, or Cash. Charges may be applied depending on the method used.
New Dawn currently doesn’t work with insurance companies but we are more than willing to send you an emailed copy of your services at any point.

Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you will not be charged if we are given more than 24 hours notice.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged the full service price.
If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
Please arrive early so you can receive the full length of your session. Otherwise, your therapist may shorten your appointment to be on time for their next one. If you are late, you will still be charged full price.
