Deep Tissue

Characterized by deep and slow massage strokes, a deep tissue massage helps increase range of motion, reduce chronic tension, and improve posture. This massage works into the deeper muscle fibers and connective tissues that a relaxing massage may miss. If you can handle a little discomfort during your session to get those pesky knots out, deep tissue may help.


Muscle Release Technique

A rhythmic-stretching and compression technique that helps gives relief from repetitive injuries and overuse the body experiences, such as carpal tunnel or tendinitis, or a more general soreness from hours of gardening or shoveling. Muscle Release Technique (MRT) may help restore proper muscle memory and break up scar tissue to get you back in the game faster. Whether you are an athlete or working long hours on a computer, experience longer-lasting relief with MRT. 


Massage Cupping

Massage Cupping uses negative pressure on the body, opposed to most other massage modalities, lifting up the skin and tissues underneath. Negative pressure is created from pumping out air from a plastic cup or limiting the air in a silicone cup. This promotes blood circulation in the area, relieving pain, loosing knots, and even improving the appearance of cellulite. This therapy is incorporated with therapeutic massage.

Raindrop

Raindrop

An aromatic, calming experience for your back and feet. Raindrop is a feather-like application of therapeutic-grade essential oils, on your feet then applied to your spine like raindrops to be worked into your back. Specifically using Basil, Cypress, Marjoram, Oregano, Peppermint, Thyme, Wintergreen, Aroma Siez, and Valor from YoungLiving.
